    This Notice applies to all properties operated by BAMF Development Group LLC, including bamfdevgroup.com, bamf75.com, justindaley.us, and any other domains, subdomains, or DBAs we operate now or in the future.

    3. How to Opt Out

    You can withdraw consent at any time at no cost.

    • Email: Click the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email, or email team@bamfdevgroup.com with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line.
    • SMS / Text: Reply STOP to any text message. You will receive one final confirmation message.
    • Phone calls: Reply STOP to a text from BAMF, request removal during any call, or email team@bamfdevgroup.com with "Remove" in the subject line.
    • All communications: Email team@bamfdevgroup.com with "Opt Out All" in the subject to remove yourself from all marketing channels.

    Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages required to deliver services you have purchased (receipts, appointment reminders for confirmed bookings, account security notices).

    By providing consent here, you acknowledge you have reviewed our Privacy Policy.

    5. Third-Party Communication Tools

    We use third-party platforms to deliver communications, including but not limited to:

    • GoHighLevel (CRM, SMS, voice, email automation)
    • Google Workspace (email)
    • Stripe (transactional payment notifications)
    • Mailgun (transactional email delivery)

    These providers process your communications under their own privacy and security standards. We require all providers to handle your data according to applicable law.

    6. Voice AI Specific Disclosure

    If you receive a phone call from BAMF, that call may be conducted by an AI voice agent rather than a human. AI voice agents are clearly identified as AI at the start of any call. You may request to speak with a human or end the call at any time.

    AI voice calls are recorded and processed for quality, training, and compliance purposes.

    7. Your Rights

    You have the right to:

    • Know what communications you've consented to
    • Withdraw consent at any time
    • Request a record of communications sent to you
    • Lodge a complaint if you believe your consent has been violated
