1. Overview
BAMF Development Group LLC ("BAMF," "we," "us," or "our") stands behind our services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and what to expect.
This Policy applies to all paid products and services offered by BAMF Development Group LLC across all properties.
2. General Policy
All sales are final unless otherwise specified in this Policy or in your individual service agreement.
We work hard to set clear expectations before you purchase. Discovery calls, scoping documents, and service agreements exist so you know exactly what you're getting before you pay.
That said, specific refund terms vary by product type. See the relevant section below.
3. Subscription Services (BAMF OS, BAMF Command)
Monthly subscriptions:
- Cancel anytime through your account or by emailing team@bamfdevgroup.com.
- Cancellation stops future billing.
- No refunds for the current billing period or for prior payments.
- You retain access through the end of your paid billing cycle.
Annual subscriptions:
- Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the first 7 days.
- Within 7 days of initial purchase, you may request a full refund by emailing team@bamfdevgroup.com.
- After 7 days, no refunds are issued, but you may cancel auto-renewal at any time.
Free trials:
- If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends.
- Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
4. Done-for-You (DFY) Build Services
DFY engagements (Comms Build, Ops Build, Theater Build, custom Recon-scoped projects) follow the refund terms in your individual service agreement.
General DFY refund terms:
- A non-refundable deposit is required to begin work. The deposit covers initial discovery, scoping, and project setup.
- Once work has begun, payments for completed milestones are non-refundable.
- If we fail to deliver the work outlined in your service agreement within the agreed timeline (excluding delays caused by you, your team, or third parties), you may be eligible for a partial refund of un-delivered milestones.
- Refunds are not issued for completed and delivered work, regardless of business outcomes.
5. BAMF Recon (Custom Scoping)
BAMF Recon is a $500 paid scoping engagement that produces a deliverable specification and quote.
- BAMF Recon is non-refundable once the scoping call has been delivered.
- If you proceed with the recommended build, the $500 credits toward the project total per the original engagement.
- If you do not proceed, BAMF retains the $500 as compensation for scoping time.
6. Courses and Digital Products
- Courses, digital downloads, and pre-recorded content are non-refundable once access has been granted.
- If you experience technical issues accessing purchased content, contact team@bamfdevgroup.com and we will resolve access issues at no cost.
- Course content is delivered immediately upon purchase. By purchasing, you waive any "cooling off" period that may otherwise apply to digital goods.
7. Community Access (BAMF 75 Free Tier)
BAMF 75 is a free community. There is nothing to refund.
If you've purchased upgraded community features or community-attached programs, refund terms for those specific products apply.
8. Add-Ons (Custom GPT Build, Intel Pack, Med Pack, etc.)
Productized add-ons attached to a DFY engagement follow the refund terms of the parent DFY engagement.
Once work has begun on an add-on, the add-on is non-refundable.
9. Affiliate Purchases
If you purchased a product or service through a BAMF affiliate link (third-party tools we recommend), refund requests must be directed to that third-party provider. BAMF does not control refunds for products we do not own.
10. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under this Policy:
- Email team@bamfdevgroup.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include:
- Your full name
- Email address used for purchase
- Date of purchase
- Product or service purchased
- Reason for refund request
- We will respond within 5 business days with a decision.
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
11. Chargebacks
We take chargebacks seriously. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us at team@bamfdevgroup.com to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:
- Dispute the chargeback with documentation of the service provided
- Suspend or terminate your account
- Refuse future service
We are committed to resolving issues directly. Always contact us first.
12. Exceptions
In rare cases, we may issue refunds outside of this Policy at our sole discretion (medical emergencies, extreme circumstances). These are evaluated case-by-case and are not guaranteed.
13. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may request a review by emailing team@bamfdevgroup.com with "Refund Dispute" in the subject. Disputes are reviewed by senior leadership and resolved within 15 business days.
For unresolved disputes, governing law and jurisdiction are defined in our Terms of Service.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy. Changes apply to purchases made after the effective date of the update. Purchases made before the update are governed by the Policy in effect at the time of purchase.
