Results are not guaranteed and depend entirely on execution, market conditions, and the client's own effort and business circumstances. We deliver systems and frameworks — performance outcomes vary.
All payments are final unless otherwise agreed to in writing prior to the transaction. Subscription-based services including BAMF Ops community tiers may be canceled at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle the subscriber to a refund for any period already completed or in progress.
Payment plans (50/50) are available on DWY and DFY consulting engagements as agreed in writing. Failure to complete payment does not entitle the client to work product already delivered.
BAMF Development Group LLC participates in affiliate programs. We may recommend tools, platforms, and software and may receive commissions when purchases are made through our links — including but not limited to GoHighLevel, at no additional cost to you.
We only promote tools we personally use and actively deploy for clients and community members. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial opinion or the advice we give.
BAMF Development Group LLC does not guarantee specific results, revenue outcomes, conversion rates, lead volume, or any other performance metric. Every business is different. Systems we build work in conjunction with your execution, market positioning, and effort.
