    Getting Started with BAMF OS

Onboarding new team members to BAMF OS

A system is only effective if your team actually uses it. Proper onboarding is critical to ensuring high adoption rates and minimizing errors. When adding a new team member to BAMF OS, start by defining their role and permissions.

Use Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to limit access to sensitive information. A sales rep does not need access to billing settings or complex automation workflows. Restricting access not only protects your data but also simplifies the interface for the user, reducing overwhelm.

Do not just hand over a login and expect them to figure it out. Create a standardized training protocol. Require new hires to review the relevant SOPs and complete a series of test tasks in a sandbox environment before interacting with live data.

Establish clear expectations for system usage. For example, mandate that all communication with prospects must occur within the CRM, and that pipeline stages must be updated immediately after a call. Consistent enforcement from leadership is the only way to build a culture of system compliance.
